I went to Dibek because it was the only listing on Happy Cow. You have to make a reservation for dinner. The restaurant itself is cute inside and the service is exceptional. The food was tasty but honestly for the price not superior to what we could eat elsewhere for half the price. There are only 4 vegan dishes and maybe 6 veggie. Similar to all other restaurants in Goreme. Just walk around and you will see other menus with clay pot, salad, soup, hummous. If u want a fancy setting with homemade wine go ahead to Dibek. But if you are on a budget like we were, best to skip it and pay half price elsewhere. Closed on Sundays.
