An actual food hall, more than just a truck - Edit
This is a large food hall with plenty of places to sit and eat inside. You order at the counter, and grab a table. I went here with a large-ish group. This place has a some of clearly labeled vegan items; we had two of the types of fried tofu dishes. The food here is not super healthy or gourmet but is more than fine for a quick, filling meal with a bunch of people.

Delicious fries from the fry-specific food truck - Edit
Not certain if they’re exactly the same, but they’re at least owned by the same dude. The fry truck gave us some hefty portions of dank fries and had a vegan option, can’t ask for a ton more than that

Vegetarian and vegan food truck options - Edit
Fried chicken food truck that offers a few vegetarian and vegan options at Liquid State Brewery. They have a separate section on their menu that is clearly labeled. I got the “Telekinetic Tofu Entree” which had fried Ithaca tofu over coconut purple sticky rice with pickled veggies and greens. I was told that the sandwich version is not vegan because of the bread.

I was surprised to find they had several clearly labeled options. You can order online and they’ll bring you your order inside Liquid State Brewery. I really enjoyed the tofu with purple rice. They also make curry.
