Fresh and Tasty!

Ruta's is great - their vegan options are clearly labeled (and there are plenty to choose from). The place functions kind of like a Chipotle or Subway, where they build your order right in front of you. The "Fresh" in their name is no accident - the ingredients are high quality and delicious. Now just waiting for them to offer a vegan dessert! :)
