Plan to bring your own food - Edit
There are really no options for vegans or even other diets. I did plan for my own breakfast but since breakfast was free I did check it out—I was able to get a piece of bread and some canned pineapple. I knew from the reviews that I would be disappointed but I really think this place would benefit from some more options for vegans, gf, people with milk allergies, etc. I also understand getting fresh food shipped into this area is most likely difficult and expensive but some improvements should be made to better suit the needs of a wide variety of people that come through here.

Disappointing - Edit
We stayed at the inn and received vouchers for breakfast. Subsisted on dry potatoes, runny oatmeal, canned peaches and frozen fruit. While you won’t starve you will not feel nourished. There was nothing on the lunch or dinner menu to entice one to go.

Cons: Breakfast bar extremely busy, Few vegan options

Ok - Edit
There are a few options. There is a garden burger which has a bean patty and a veggie "chicken" sliders. I wish they had the ingredients so I knew for sure what is in the burger if it is actually vegan. There is also a buffet option, I'm not sure if there are vegan options, there is a salad bar. There is also a sauteed mushrooms burger but I think it has some dairy, so that could be an option for vegetarian.
Read moreI got the veggie chic'n sliders. They were good, they were crispy and the bun was good. It came with a hot sauce but I got it on the side. I'm not sure if the sauce is vegan so I would make sure to ask. I didn't like the sauce so I used ketchup instead. It was pretty tasty, it had a bun, the chic'n and pickles. You have an option between fries, coleslaw, and salad for the side.
Pros: Had some options , Service was good
Cons: Needs more options , The menu should be labeled if it is vegan or veget

Yay for sorbet! - Edit
I got raspberry sorbet in a sugar cone at Old Bryce Town. It was a cheap, refreshing treat after hiking in Bryce Canyon.

Do not go - nothing to eat! - Edit
Nothing in the menu is vegan. The salad bar is mostly dairy and meat. There is a fast food place next door - I didn’t ask if they could do a vegan pizza. The general store has no frozen vegan food, but does have some vegetables. I left and went elsewhere to eat (Bryce Canyon Pines) or there is a Subway at the roundabout.

Disappointing. No spaghetti. - Edit
Disappointed. No vegan options on the non-buffet. Stopped serving pasta months ago. Ended up getting the salad bar and bringing my own vegan sausage from home (we travel with a frig in our Jeep).

No vegan options - Edit
Went to this restaurant based on recent reviews. Looked at online menu to verify vegan options. Went to restaurant and was told their menu “just changed today” and they no longer have anything on the menu that can be vegan. Waitress was very nice and tried to recommend possible vegan options in the area.

Veg food in Bryce - Edit
In the area it seems there are very few good options for vegans, but at least you won't starve. Don't expect anything too different or fancy, but Ruby's Inn has a few items. Spaghetti, Veggie Spaghetti, Hot Veggie Dish. The mains all come with a small salad, vegan dressing available. It would be great to see Beyond Burger on the menu (maybe suggest this to your server! )

Soup and salad bar is a good value - Edit
The all-you-can-eat soup and salad bar is $12.99. The server let me know what items in the soup bar are vegan without batting an eye. Besides soup, there were some vegetable options, too. The country vegetable soup was very good, jam-packed with fresh, perfectly cooked vegetables (retaining all of their color and just the right amount of crunch) in a nicely spiced, umami vegan broth. The salad bar had a good assortment of fresh greens, vegetables, legumes, seeds, nuts, and fruit (fresh and dried). The dressings were more mundane, with the only vegan-safe choices being Italian or oil and vinegar. There are two soup bars and two salad bars, and each one has items the other lacks, so it's a good idea to visit all four before deciding on what you'll have. All in all a very satisfying meal. And by the way, they serve beer and wine, too.

Not much choice round here - Edit
Some of the staff are familiar with the term Vegan, some are not. They are willing to accommodate diet, including vegan, but be very specific, owning family are pretty anti-veg.
Read moreThere is nothing specifically veg on the menu.

Fresh Veggies Salad Bar - Edit
I visited summer 2018. The salad bar was fresh and clean, but not amazing. The dressings weren't labeled, but plain oil and vinegar was available. Staff was very friendly, and it's a great place to hide out from the summer sun with some cool veggies.
Read moreI was camping here too--it's a convenient place to camp while visiting Bryce Canyon. The camp store has some accidentally vegan items (e.g. fruit, raisins, some of the trail mixes), but nothing to write home about.
Pros: fresh veggies, can camp here too!, friendly staff
Cons: not much vegan protein
