Great vegan food truck

Encountering this vegan food truck in front of the Brooklyn Museum was an amazing surprise. We both had varieties of the lion's mane chickn and enjoyed it: I had the sandwich, and my companion had it with the waffles.
Since I have a family member who can't tolerate soy, it's a benefit that this place, according to the truck, is soy-free.

Just ok

The chicken sandwich was pretty underwhelming. It tasted ok, but was pretty small. Definitely not worth $17.

Pros: Nice people

Cons: Expensive, Very small portions
