Excellent ramen - Edit
We had the vegetable ramen and the spicy vegetable ramen. Both excellent. Huge filling portions and very good price. It felt like a very authentic experience with lots of locals plus a few vegan / vegetarian tourists

Mediocre Ramen - Edit
Staff was very friendly and helpful, spoke great English. However, food was bland and the restaurant is quite dirty.

Really good little ramen shop - Edit
Down a quiet street, this unassuming little ramen shop has a handful of great veggie/ vegan options. I got the vegetable ramen and it was flavorful and satisfying! It had a char flavor. Shop owner read me like a book as soon as I walked in asked “are you vegan?” And handed me the vegetarian menu when I said yes. Got some veggie gyoza as well which was delicious.

Vegans, be careful! - Edit
Unfortunately, the owner had no understanding of veganism. No meat or fish is used for the vegetarian menu, but eggs. Although I said I'm vegan and that I can't have animal products, my yakisoba came with a fried egg on top.

The guy was very friendly and accommodating, tho. I had to wait a bit bc he was handling all orders alone.

Great authentic restaurant! - Edit
This was my first actual Japanese food, vegetarian meal while in Japan. Vegetarian, English menu, the staff was so friendly! It was a small restaurant, with just one guy making the food. Felt like a real local place. The veggie ramen was super flavorful and the veggie gyoza were perfectly cooked. Highly recommend!

Nice atmosphere, good ramen - Edit
Super friendly staff, good small ramen restaurant atmosphere!
Read moreWe had the vegan ramen and the vegetable gyoza. I asked for noodle refill (kaedama) three times!
The only thing to comment on is that the vegan ramen didn't really have any protein source in it.
The restaurant had about 15 seats, and there were no problems to bring two small children with us!
Pros: Ramen, Gyoza, Friendly staff

Sehr lecker und angenehm! - Edit
