Solid Vegan Ramen Option

I ordered their Vegan Ramen ($13) which comes with a wonderfully flavored vegetable broth with bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, bell pepper slices, and the ever popular kale noodles. I added tofu to the meal as I was shocked there was no form of plant based protein included in the original set - something that I strive to always include in my meals.

For a vegan ramen, it was excellent. The broth was extremely hearty but didn't feel heavy from being drowned in oil. It wasn't too salty either and the kale noodles are a fantastic substitute to wheat/egg noodles that you'd normally find at ramen shops.

Staff here were very friendly and followed covid precautions well. They do contactless ordering so you pay in advance using the QR code at the table. Love that we're able to have this option.

Free parking is available in a private lot in the back dedicated to "shops in the red brick building."
