I was in St Louis for a 4 day conference and was glad to find this place, which is right next to the convention Center. I ate here every day for lunch. You can make your own bowls which is great because you don’t have to modify pre-existing dishes. Food was filling, yummy and fresh.

Vegan and vegetarian options are plentiful. Food was tasty and the servings were ample. The place seems a bit like Chipolte for pasta in the concept. Enjoyed the food!

They also offer the option of salad greens as a base. Without dressing, it is also vegan.

Great Fast Casual Vegan Options - Edit
Porano is a welcome addition to the fast casual world of food for vegans. I ordered a bowl with farro, spicy tofu, Brussels sprouts, garlic chili oil, olives, and garlic, and it was quite tasty. I really liked that I could pre-pay and order the food ahead of time from work and it was ready when I arrived. I will definitely be going back for lunch during the work-week. It's located on Washington Ave. so parking can be a little tricky during peak hours.
