Nothing great - Edit
They claim we can 'veganize' stuff for you on the phone call but when you get there, they just take out the protein and serve you a carb rich meal. They said fried tofu is done in same oil as meat we asked them to add raw tofu even. They said they can't do that. They had a yellow tofu variety in a separate dish that was uncontaminated and could be added to our other meals as well. Taste wise food was a bit bland but passably okay.

Nice flavors - Edit
Several options from the menu were able to be veganized. Our waitress was very aware of what ingredients needed to be changed in each meals and which could not be made vegan.

Picked up on fish sauce taste - Edit
Many vegetarian options. Pretty sure I tasted a fish or oyster sauce in my curry.

Good ambiance and maki! - Edit
I enjoy bringing out of town guests here. The ambiance is nice and the severs are always helpful. They have multiple vegan options as most of their noodle dishes can be made vegan. My favorite is the drunken noodles with tofu. Their avocado maki is delicious and always fresh. The only downside is their curries can’t be made vegan.

Awesome vegan options near City Museum - Edit
The server was very proactive in helping us veganize our entrees. She knew exactly what ingredients were animal-based and told us they would substitute in a soy sauce instead of fish sauce. The food was excellent and flavorful. Good cocktails too!

I had the Pad Thai which is served with rice noodles. It can be served with various proteins. I opted for tofu and excluded the eggs. It was delicious. Service was great too.
