Bountiful Bean Sprouts

I ordered Pad Thai with tofu and no egg. It was served with lots of bean sprouts, sufficient tofu, and a side of peanut sauce. It wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped, but that may be because I requested mild spice.

Pros: quick service, big portions

Decent vegan option

The tempeh curry is vegan and they have several other vegan options listed. The woman working when I ordered was a vegetarian and knew that I wouldn’t want fish sauce etc. nice portions and affordable near PSU.

Delicious Tofu Pad Thai

The pad Thai was so yummy! I asked for no fish sauce as another reviewer recommended. Very nice people and pretty speedy too!

Pros: Option to make vegan, Lots of options for any Thai food craving, Great price for what you get!

Weekly Lunch for this vegan

I love this cart because:
-They understand vegan (no fish sauce)
-Tofu has great texture (I think pressed and frozen)
-They offer Go Box service
-They are always super friendly and have yet to miss anything on an order.
-Better than average “Thai cart” food.

Pros: Great tofu texture, They understand vegan and fish sauce, Super friendly

Cons: Wish this was a restaurant as well.
