Try to research bento, and add some flavors to vegan options. Craft something that you would like to treat yourself with, but without animal products.

Great for a quick bite! - Edit
Just stopped in here and grabbed a bento burrito with brown rice, tofu and veggies, and a combo of sweet chili sauce and peanut sauce. It was really good, and perfectly filling. The employees are also very friendly.
