Came here for a birthday gathering, and the host/owner was so generous in ordering meals for us for her own birthday. I tried their Poblano Elote (corn) as that is listed as one of vegan items. I had no clue what that was nor knew what ‘elote’ meant. The meal was amazing! The meal can be too spicy for some. Turned out they have vegan nachos, so I’m going to order that for a to go. Definitely one of must-go restaurants in downtown!

Solid Vegan Burrito - Edit
The soyrizo burrito was good and had a lot of flavor, the vegan options were clearly marked on the menu. This is a great burrito option, especially since the nearby chipotle is always closed lol.

Really solid vegan Mexican food - Edit
I love the epazote spinach burrito here but the soyrizo is also solid. Very convenient location for PSU students and staff.
