Absolutely amazing pasta. It's expensive (especially by Taiwan standards) but it's asking the best pasta I've ever had (and I've been to Italy)

The menu is in english and Chinese and says what diet each dish is acceptable for (vegan, ovo lacto, garlic or no garlic)

Lovely interior and delicious pasta - Edit
There are many exquisite pasta, risotto, and antipasto platters to choose from in this beautiful restaurant tucked behind an unassuming building down one of Hualien's less frequented streets. It is wonderfully decorated with many plants hanging from every available space. The menu is in English and Chinese, and staff speak some English too. I really enjoyed my meal here, even though the price is a little more than I'm used to paying, but I think it's worth it as the quality and service is very good.
