Beautiful food in pretty Split - Edit
This vegan restaurant was just a few minutes from where I was staying:) the food is very tasty, wonderful flavours and a good choice. Definitely visit if you are in Split. The fried tempeh is delicious ❤️

Read moreVery nice experience! Took the cheese plate, a bit pricey but worth trying. It's not common to have such a plate in a vegan restaurant. If you share this plate for two, mind sharing a main dish then if you want to have some space to eat a dessert.
We took the crispy tempeh then. Don't know if it was the wasabi mayo but this dish made me cry 😅. A subtle mix of sauces that gives you their flavour one after the other...
The brunch seems very nice too!

Cons: Maybe propose a full menu adapted to our stomachs

Amazing Choices for Traveling WFPB - Edit
Pandora Green box is a great option for vegans and WFPB travelers where most restaurants barely suffice with sides. We ate there a lot as it was also close to our hotel!

The meals have been amazing! Their hummus and fresh bread, pancakes, green smoothies and Momma Mia chia were perfect to start our days with! So great to have this option in Split.

It is so great to find vegan restaurants in Croatia, because in non-vegan-places you usually don't get your proteins and choices are so limited! At Pandora Foodbox I had a hard time deciding what to eat! Until 3PM they offer brunch (breakfast dishes, salad, bowls, soup.., but also dessert options), later in the day dinner, with also more elaborate and expensive dishes. For brunch, we tried the vegan omelette and the vegan "eggs benedict" with smoked tofu! Both very, very good! Great food presentation! For the food, I would give them 5 stars! Unfortunately, they are located next to a place preparing dishes with dead fish, and the smell was really off-putting! Spoiled our experience a bit.

Read moreMenu is pricey and mains are good (not outstanding). Eg vegan steak and gravy comes with puréed sweet potato but is crying out for greens and a little more carb. It’s beautifully served.
They had two Dessert options- both delicious.
Wine excellent.
Lovely position with outside seating.

Outside seating is very relaxed, inside is nice as well. Friendly staff, delicious food, great place to eat! In our week in split we ate here 4 times, breakfast, lunch and 2 dinners.

My partner and I loved this place so much we came twice! The pasta is phenomenal! I ordered it the first time we went, and he liked it when he tried some of mine so much that he insisted we come again so he could order it for himself. My partner is non-veg, but he said it was his favorite meal we ate in Split (and I agree)! Their drinks and desserts were tasty as well. Large portions, fair prices, and a super cute plant-filled interior made this a trip highlight.

I absolutely LOVED the gnocchi! The food, the menu, the cocktails, the decor - everything is consistently excellent. The prices are a bit on the steeper side, but I guess that's normal now for Split. I'm definitely returning when in town again.

Ate here twice on our 1-1/2 days in Split. Creative, beautiful, delicious and satisfying. Drinks are also worth it and they offer mocktails if you don’t do alcohol.

Pandora Greenbox was an enjoyable experience for my partner and I. We decided to eat here one evening and we weren’t disappointed. However, the meals were quite expensive and the Potato Gnocchi was quite small. However, the brownies were lovely for dessert albeit a bit too much for me!

My partner and I went here for our evening meal. There was a decent variety across the menu. We both had the gnocchi which was lovely, but rather small in portion-size and not very satiating. We also had the brownie for dessert, with the raspberry puree this was gorgeous. However, unlike the gnocchi, the dessert portion was a little too large and we both struggled to eat the last brownie piece.
