Disappointing - Edit
This is super expensive and out of the way from most things. We could only afford to get entrees, and then they charged us fees on top of that! Which would of been fine had we known beforehand. In Vietnam it is normal for tax to be included in the price.
Read moreAlso, there was a large dog chained up in the garden. He looked so sad and bored out of his mind :-(.
I’ve never rated a fully vegan restaurant this poorly before.

Fancy Garden Restaurant - Edit
If you are in the mood for a fancy meal in a garden setting far away from the bustling tourist areas, then definately make the trip to this restaurant set in a lovely garden at the end of an alleyway. There is a selection of Vietnamese and Western dishes to choose from. It's a bit more pricey than average but still worth it. Don't forget that you'll have to pay a bit extra for the service charge and VAT, as it's not included in the price.
Read moreI loved the desserts, including the vegan icecream and caramel. Unfortunately they did not have the pizza and burgers available when I dined there. I would recommend dining here during the day to enjoy the garden setting. At night there is a venue nearby blasting out loud music that ruins the ambience.
Pros: Beautiful garden setting, Western and Vietnamese food
Cons: hard to get to, a bit expensive, noisy neighbors at night

Quiet Vegan Garden - Edit
This place was a bit hard to find/further out from the city centre, but is worth a visit. They have a large menu with a lot of local dishes. We tried mushrooms with lemongrass, a Hanoi noodle soup, and fried spring rolls. The food was tasty. We came at night and it was a bit difficult to find in the dark. We were the only people there, but the staff was very friendly. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Beautiful location and good food - Edit
The place is located in a small street with a nice view to a garden so in a few minutes you can scape from the noisy traffic of Hanoi and relax while you eat a tasty lasagna or a nice mushroom sandwich.
Read moreThe place is expensive but after our first visit (and I assume after certain amount consumed, maybe) they gave us a ticket for a plate of mushrooms and lemongrass in our next visit for free (unfortunately we weren't able to use it). The staff is super friendly and the place is nice and clean.

Beautiful location and local food - Edit
This restaurant is tucked away in a beautiful alley and has a huge garden. I am surprised there aren’t more reviews! It is definitely worth coming to. The staff was so friendly. It is a little pricier than your usual Vietnamese restaurant but totally worth it if you want vegan versions of local favorites or western vegan food. I ordered the Vegan Hanoi Noodle Soup and an Avocado and Sour Sop Smoothie. So yummy and flavorful.

Great staff, lovely garden - Edit
Personally I feel the food is no better than many other vegan spots around Hanoi, HOWEVER, being in the garden and hearing frogs and crickets instead of motorbike horns is a REAL plus for this place. It was peaceful and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was tasty but the usual vegan fare. Will definitely go again.

My favourite vegan place in Hanoi... in a lovely Buddhist garden (also with an in-door area). Not expensive at all. Highly recommended!!

Amazing food - Edit
I don’t know why this place hasn’t got more reviews, because it truly is magical! Lots of vegan options, the food is absolutely delicious and has actually some local dishes, which makes it stand out from all the other western vegan locations I’ve seen in Asia. It’s always lovely to try some traditional options. The restaurant is in a quiet side street and has a beautiful garden with butterflies and lush greenery. It may be pricier than other places but $9 for a starter, a main and a bomb avocado smoothie I was full and satisfied. A must try!
