Aummee

The restaurant has a nice, quiet ambience and made a clean impression. The food was great, there are many vegan dishes on the menu. We received helpful advice from the staff. The prices are rather high.

One of the best vegetarian restaurant in my life, I eat here every time I visit Hanoi! Clean local, no crowdy, very big menu, even good prices, I totally love them!

Not very special

It's a high-end restaurant. We had lotus rice, frief seaweed rolls with tamarin sauce, green salad and seaweed tofu soup. The rice and the rolls with tamarin sauce were nice. The salad sauce was a bit sweet for us. We also had jelly for dessert, which was full. The price was a bit costlier than other places but the food wasn't so special. Good service and nice space.

Delicious food in a relaxing atmosphere

I have eaten at Aummee in Hanoi three times while on holiday, two times for dinner and one time for a late lunch. I liked the fact that there are many vegan options available in the menu and most (if not all) of these are vietnamese dishes. The dishes I have tried were all well cooked and tasted delicious. Atmosphere inside the restaurant is relaxing and the service is friendly and polite.

Everything was delicious and great service

We loved it. We had read up on a few dishes that everyone recommended and really wanted to try, but as we were having a late dinner due to other commitments, some of them had already sold out! Whilst we would have loved to try them, it’s not the restaurants fault that they have some very popular dishes, and to be fair, everything we did order was incredible. The wait staff were really sweet and polite and the restaurant was really comfortable.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Everything was delicious (even 2nd choices), Welcoming fit out and service, air conditioned.

Cons: Some dishes we really wanted to try had sold out

Solid Spot

Several delicious dishes here and a nice staff. In our 4 day stay we ate here 4 times. I highly recommend the Vietnamese pancake, square rolls and sweet potato appetizer (slightly dry though), and lemongrass, ginger tea.

Lovely

Lovely vegetarian place. Staff spoke good English and although the menu did not indicate what was vegan, they were easily able to answer questions. There was a stuffed coconut pancake, which you wrap yourself in rice paper and vegetables, which was absolutely fabulous. Enjoyed tasting the algae salad and the aloe vera salad, not your usual offerings. Lovely atmosphere - the restaurant is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside.

Great food, great environment, great proportion

I have tried several vegetarian dining options but among all, this is #1 in Hanoi.

• Food: the chef shows great effort and skill to put out the dish. I love all of those I tried.
• Price: midium high for VNese (not that expensive)
• Proportion of each dish: i find some of vegan/vegetarian restaurant have too small proportion while some other put too much. However, Aummee gave us not plenty, not too little, just about to be enough.

Pros: Food (exceptional performance of chef) , Price, Fragrance

Cons: Some dishes is time-consuming

nice place, nice food

Nice looking place, much bigger inside than you would expect. I had the braised eggplant and mushrooms. This was really delicious. Oh, and they have nice clean bathrooms too ?. I would recommend this place.

Good food

This place was a treat, the food was really quite good. Got the curry, the mushroom porridge, both very tasty. The atmosphere was nice too. Second best food I had in Hanoi after Ưu Dam Chay.

must go in Hanoi

great full vegetarian place. food was very good. service was very friendly but a bit slow. thought the quality of the food was really worth the price. location is out of the old quarter so you'll probably might need to take a taxi there.

Fancy

We had a vegan meetup here. This restaurant serves cheese and eggs but also has a lot of vegan food. The staff was friendly but quite slow (and there was only one other table).
The food was delicious, but quite small quantities : I had to eat three main dishes to stop being hungry. There are not so much vegan proteins on the menu : only one dish with tofu. No fake meat here.
The inside decoration is really nice.
This restaurant is ok but there are lots of others to see in Hanoi.

Pros: Taste, Decoration

Cons: Slow, Small portions, Very few vegan protein dishes
