Specific vegetarian choices using Beyond sausage include a vegan plate or sandwich and a kimchi melt which can be made vegan with a bread substitution. Also has various vegan sides. Open Mon-Thu 11:30am-8:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:30am-9:00pm, Sun 11:30am-8:00pm. Kitchen closes an hour before brewery.

Limited options, delicious taste - Edit
So when I heard there was an actual BBQ spot with Vegan options, I couldn't contain my excitement. I read up on their menu and rules to decide just what I wanted before I got there.
Read moreOnce there I placed my ordered for their Plant Based Sausage Sandwich and Potato Salad. I also asked for their kimchi but they were unfortunately all out.
The food took a while to get out but was well worth the wait. The flavors were all great. I wish they had more vegan options but what they do have is great.

Unexpected BBQ options in a nice brewery - Edit
I was surprised to find well labeled veggie/vegan options in a small brewery / bbq combo.
Read moreI had the Beyond sausage sandwich which was good though the sauce on it made the bread a little soggy. The potato salad was delicious. My non veggie friend had the Beyond Plate and enjoyed it, it was enough food she brought home left overs.
The staff were quite knowledgeable when I asked to have it vegan, they said they had a different caraway roll, and proactively told me which sauces were vegan.
Pros: Food options in a brewery, Pretty good labeling including
