Right next to the Dulles Expo Center

I've eaten here a few times. It's essentially a Build-your-own-bowl/wrap. You customize your orders so ordering vegan is possible. Just make sure to ask if you are uncertain of any ingredient. The food always tastes great.
They also have frozen desserts. Some are vegan, some are not. Do make sure you read the ingredients before purchasing as there is no vegan label on them.

Pros: Proximity to Expo Center, Variety of ingredients, Frozen treats

Cons: No Vegan labels (must ask staff)
