Local market vendor offering baked goods, the majority of which are vegan. Includes lots of vegan gluten-free options, as well as vegan with soy-free, nut-free, and refined-sugar-free options as well. Sells at markets and local businesses, including Country Roots and also Acorn Cafe and Downtown Farmers' Market. Will also take specialty baking orders for pickup if placed in advance. Open Mon-Sat 9:00am-6:00pm, Sun 11:00am-5:00pm.

Super tasty vegan goodies! - Edit
I always look forward to seeing Pamela's stands at local farmers ' markets; I can assure you, from having sampled way too many of her vegan baked goods: they are all delicious. For vegans with food sensitivities (like me), these treats can literally trigger tears of joy. 😂 I first sampled them at Winnipeg's first Veggie Food Fair a few years ago, and have eagerly awaited them at farmers' markets since. The vegan gluten-free lemon macaroons are tender and the perfect balance of sweet-tart. The vegan gf "haystack" cookies are divine - as are the sandwich cookies, the sugar cookies, the regular macaroons, the other ones with all the (vegan) chocolate.... Most of the items on offer are vegan, but not all, depending on the venue (all the ones at the veg fair were vegan, as are the ones at Acorn Cafe) - but if you ask, Pamela will be sure to share the ingredients and let you know which ones are "safe." Best vegan treats in Winnipeg, in my opinion!
