Fresh and Full of Cilantro! - Edit
The regent area of Winnipeg is a bit lacking in vegan options so Cilantros is a wonderful choice... unless you hate cilantro. Even I found it slightly overpowering in some dishes, but it depends on what you get! The channa masala was very good.
