Separate vegan menu

The staff is super knowledgeable and they have a separate vegan menu. This place knocked it out of the park with their vegan Reuben sandwich. Breakfast potatoes were amazing and the potato melt was yummy. So. Go there. Eat Reuben.

What a great place this is, there are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options! Great customer service and a great atmosphere! The food tasted so fresh and delicious. I got vegan tacos and home fries! Very affordable and gives you large portions.

Best vegan reuben sandwich!

Before I was vegan I a reuben sandwich was my favorite and this is the best vegan reuben I’ve found. I’ve been there multiple times and it never disappoints.

Loved this place

Passing through Louisville and stopped at this place. The food was excellent! J got the breakfast scramble (served all day even though it’s not listed on the dinner menu), which had seasoned tofu, sautéed zucchini, peppers, and spinach, breakfast potatoes, and toast. My friend got the tofu reuben which also looked really good! Would definitely come back.

Pros: Several vegan options, Delicious food

Cons: Somewhat slow service (busy)

Great Vegan Menu!

When I asked what the vegan options were our server brought us out a whole vegan menu! They are very clear about vegan items and how to modify menu items to make them vegan. Also, you can get any item all day (sandwich in the AM, breakfast in the PM) which is cool. I got a vegan taco and the potato melt (no sour cream with soy cheese) and it was so yummy! The guacamole on the potatoes wasn’t fresh but it was spicy which I like. It was very filling. The taco was pretty good too but you’d need to get more than one if that was all you got. My bf got the vegan Reuben which was very tasty!.

Pros: Vegan menu!, Good prices, Parking lot

yumm!!

Had a vegan Reuben. It wasn’t quite a Reuben since the tofu used made it taste like chicken and not beef like a normal Reuben but still a tasty sandwich. Service can be a bit slow when busy so make sure ou have at least an hour to eat.

Yummy vegan options!!!

I went to eat there today with my sisters. We all liked the hummus appetizer. Then they shared the salmon entree and loved it. I had the vegan Reuben sandwich with a side salad. It was so delicious!!! Then one sister and I had a vegan chocolate tort and the other had peach cobbler. So decadent and delicious!!! Plus the prices were reasonable and service was friendly and fast. So wish there was one of these in Lexington! Highly recommend for vegan and/or nonvegans alike!!!

Pros: Delicious food, Vegan friendly, Great service

Cons: Slightly higher yet reasonable prices , Somewhat limited parking

Amazing!

Stopped here for breakfast on our way back from a concert the night before. I love that they have great vegan & vegetarian options that isn't just a soy patty like a lot of places. We split the vegetarian omelet (had 🍍 in it, yum) and the vegetarian biscuits and mushroom gravy (amazing). Coffee was also good, wait staff was super nice, and the building is very cute. Great place to eat!

Pretty darn good!

I've had everything I can get vegan at North End. It's a good place to bring family and out of towners whom are NOT vegan. The Ruben is awesome, it's what I get most often. The tofu seasame noodle salad is very pleasing and the Asian veggies and rice is super good! They also have a great hummus plate with fresh vegetables. I eat breakfast at home because it's usually at 6am, so I can't comment on that, but I hear the tofu scramble is good. The black bean cake salad is really good too. It's worth a visit!

Pros: Several vegan options, Tasty, Good for groups

Cons: Not enough vegan!, I want the veggie enchiladas vegan!, No soy milk option

out of options

We went here for brunch and they were out of the vegan sandwiches and the vegan tacos. We both ended up with oatmeal which was fine but kind of a bummer that it was the only choice.

Pros: good oatmeal , nice atmosphere

Cons: out of all the vegan options, waitress asked if we were actually vegan

Cute place to eat, good food

I wish I had eaten here earlier during my stay in Louisville. I would have gone back again. There were several vegan options on the menu and I had the black bean cake salad, which was delicious. The location is pretty convenient to downtown. Service was good.

Pros: Several vegan choices., Good Service.

Fun Place

My partner and I love to go to North End for drinks or for a meal. It's a great place to take out-of-town guests because the menu has lots of variety. I especially love their tofu scramble and hush puppies.

North End has added new vegan options..

So check it out if again if you're a vegan who has gone in the past and been dismayed...We still need to lobby for soymilk, etc. politely of course, though! PS--there IS at least one vegan server @ North End, and she tipped us off--get the hash with tofu!

Pros: Options there are tasty

Cons: Long waits

great place

Very good place. Nice atmosphere. Great foods. Always have great specials for lunch/dinner. They try and buy as much local foods and organic items too. Breakfast is best in town in my book. Dinner is a bit expensive. Wine/beer selection good.

Pros: yummy food, nice atmosphere, good selection

Cons: dinner expensive, long lines some days, snooty staff sometimes

Awesome!!!!

This place is small but unique on the inside. Not 100% vegan but awesome food that is vegan. The appearance of the place and food won me over.

Pros: vegan food, scenery, low key

Cons: not 100% vegan
