Vegan (chay) pho

I got the vegan pho which was nice. Staff spoke english very well, I superfluously clarified no egg, no fish sauce. The pho was quite nice. No tofu, sadly. It was quite overpriced though and they used a fixed exchange rate which left me to pay 170k dong for a 6$ pho (it would have been 150k at the time).

(Note to happycow: I'm an ambassador. There are very limited vegan option at Noi Bai Airport, so please accept my listing!)
