Healthy All the Way - Edit
My Mother's Daughter is a 100% plant-based restaurant near the Gulbenkian Museum. We chose the outdoor seating because it was a lovely day, and the inside was a bit too warm. The wait staff was super friendly and quick to help us out. They even brought the English menu without us asking! That was a nice surprise. I ordered the farinata, a Genovese-inspired street food that the menu described as a chickpea flour pizza. It was pretty accurate! The flavor was great, but the 'crust' was a bit mushy and I had to eat it with a fork. It was still tasty, though. For 14 euros, I thought it was a bit pricey, but it was still worth it. If you're into healthy food, you'll definitely love this place!

Perfect brunch - Edit
Great brunch. Had golden mylk and red velvet to drink. To eat we tried their buratta and it was incredible. We also tried their omelette which as well was very nice. Also had their season raw cake and very delicious chestnut puree. We sat outside which was very nice too.

Healthy goodness - Edit
Recommended by a local friend, my meal was tasty but more importantly healthy. My favorite was the Greek Salad. Great coffee and desserts as well. Great outdoor seating area, which seems to be a common attribute of great Lisbon restaurants.

A Delicious and Healthy Experience: Earth Bowl and Ginger Elixir - Edit
The vegan Earth Bowl was an absolutely delightful discovery! Every bite was bursting with fresh, well-balanced flavors, and the quality of the organic ingredients was evident. The crunchy vegetables, well-chosen legumes, and grains, paired with a light yet flavorful dressing, made for a satisfying and wholesome meal.
Read moreThe ginger elixir was equally enjoyable: refreshing with just the right touch of spiciness and natural sweetness. A perfect combination to complement the meal and give a boost of energy.
The ambiance of the place is cozy, with a relaxed and thoughtfully curated atmosphere—ideal for a rejuvenating break. It’s definitely worth visiting for anyone looking for a genuine and tasty experience. Highly recommended! Ah dont miss the raw cheesecake. Its art !

Looks nice but bland - Edit
I was disappointed with the flavors and texture of the food. Maybe the chef was having an off day. The not toast was bland and unexciting and the pancakes stodgy and flavourless. It’s a shame cos the place is cute and i really wanted to like it
Read morePros: Food looks pretty , Music playing was nice, Cute inside
Cons: Bland disappointing food, Service wasn’t super and food was slow

Very Beautiful Breakfast and Brunch Place - Edit
It’s a very beautiful location! We had the chocolate pancakes, the omelet and a banana chocolate peanut butter smoothie. It’s a very healthy place I guess, so the dishes also tasted that way, which gave me a good feeling though!

Cute Place - Edit
Had the chocolate pancakes and the omelette. Omelette was good, pancakes had room for improvement. Everything tasted very healthy though. The highlight was a great smoothie (the banana peanut one)

Cute - Edit
It is a full vegan cafe, with a cute interior design. The outside tables and chairs are not very stable. The food is also tasty, recommended for a light lunch or brunch. They do not have decaf coffee available unfortunately.

We may have set the bar too high! - Edit
We visited this beautiful cafe on our first day in Lisbon and my main concern is, is it all down hill from here? This place is going to take some serious beating. Everything was perfect. Thank you
Read moreEdit: We visited for a second time as it was just too good and we were lucky enough to meet the owners and their adorable dog. The food and drinks were great once again. Highlight of my trip

Lovely brunch spot - good food, relaxed vibes - Edit
We had maybe the most delicious burrata we’ve had ever and a delicious burger too (all plant based with a focus on unprocessed and whole foods based plates) - would highly recommend for a relaxed and tasty brunch for both vegans and non-vegans😄

This is a great place for wholesome food options, if you've over indulged. Not to say they don't have cakes etc but they are definitely of a healthier variety. Nice vibe, seating outside and on quiet road

favourite cafe in Lisbon - Edit
this place is an absolute must visit - it is unbelievably welcoming, interesting and innovative. the food was sensational, we had the soup & the cashew burrata… both absolutely to die for - we finished off with the raw cheesecake, which was banoffee flavoured and one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had. the coffee is delicious and comes with oat milk as standard.
Read moreso so so much choice - they must have had around 10 mains to choose from, which you can add on other additions too. they also have matcha, coffee and desserts. so impressed with this place, would very happily eat there for the rest of my life.
