Read moreLove that their are fully dairy-free! The other non-chocolate ones I sampled were just okay, definitely need to be sweeter and less chalky/dense. Have had much better vegan ice cream. Maybe they could have it split up so that some could be lower sugar, and others could be full sweetness, for those still looking for the occasional indulgence, but just looking for a plant based alternative to dairy ice cream.
Nice that they use organic sugar tho that isn't refined with animal bone char!

What can I say…cashew ice cream is epic! This place had so many flavors it was hard to choose! And they make incredible milkshakes! The use reusable spoons for samples and provide wood spoons instead of plastic! Highly recommend this place!!!

Best vegan ice cream I’ve ever had and I’ve tried vegan ice cream around the world. We got a chocolate milkshake and it was so incredibly rich and amazing. My husband also got an ice cream sandwich which he liked. Highly recommend!

Personally I haven't had any ice cream that I like more than Mr.Dewie's. The turmeric flavor is a must try. I also really like the roasted cashew flavor and lemon creme flavor. The cookies are super good too! They offer cones as well. The staff is very friendly every time I've been in. I love coming here.

The cones are not vegan unless you get a gluten free cone, which tastes kind of like a sticky rice cracker and isn’t great. The staff was lovely! The ice cream is honestly a bit gluey. Not my favorite cashew ice cream I’ve ever had.

On a recent trip to the Bay Area, my partner and I found this place tucked away in a little courtyard by pure chance. It changed my opinion of vegan ice cream. We had the Green Tea and Turmeric Spice ice creams and just couldn't believe how good they were. We had to go back for more before we left California. Such a variety of flavours and everyone we tried was amazing.

I love this place, their cashew based ice cream is some of the best ice cream I’ve had anywhere, dairy or not. Pints to go as well. Tried the mint chip cookie sandwich, delicious! Chocolate Orange Chip and Turmeric are a couple of my favorite flavors. Lots of great flavors to choose from. The staff is extremely nice. Super highly recommended!
