Ramen was heinously good, and half the ramen menu is vegan. I’m used to getting ramen and having max 1-2 vegan options, but at Mensho I had a ton of choices. Will definitely be going back.

It was alright. Nothing to write home about. $33 total for nori shio ramen w an extra bowl of noodles w tax & gratuity. Lacking flavor, like I would have added salt if it was on the table. Also felt like broth and noodles were greasy. Noodles were aldente w some chew.

Truly incredible. Half the menu is vegan and is clearly marked as such. Tried two ramen options as well as the corn “ribs”; all were some of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The ramen broths are rich and flavorful.
