Family owned icea cream parlour and coffee shop which has operated in the town since the 1940s. Introduced an extensive vegan menu in June 2019. Items include ice-cream cones and wafers, vegan 99’s, vegan sundaes, vegan ice-cream floats and oat milk milkshakes. Large variety of toppings and sauces also vegan. Open Mon-Sat 09:00-18:00, Sun 10:00-18:00.

We got an ice cream, there were 2 options, peach and oat milk vanilla.

Vegan 99s - Edit
Minchellas is a bit of institution, especially in my home town, so it was great to see some vegan options finally. This branch is right near the metro and just a short distance from the seaside and Marine Park. The 99 ice cream I got was lovely and the accompanying flake and sugar cone were excellent. A little expensive perhaps but sometimes you need to treat yourself.
