So good! - Edit
Tacos and breakfast burritos are outstanding! The vegan “carne” is a particular highlight, both in its taco and in the breakfast burrito. We also got the blue corn pancakes once, which I think were a special but which were so good! Highly recommend!

Some of the best, most creative food I’ve ever eaten - Edit
I can’t say enough good things about Migration Taco or the wonderful people who own and operate this amazing food truck.
Read moreTheir menu is always a little different, with a few staples like the fried avocado taco, which you absolutely MUST try, plus one or two new and exciting offerings tailored to where they’re selling that day.
I love finding them at First Fridays in North Adams and the Williamstown Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. I have had food from Migration literally dozens of times now and have never been disappointed. It’s legitimately some of the best vegan food I’ve ever eaten, and I’ve been vegan for 12 years.
Pros: Creative menu, Fresh, local ingredients, Amazingly kind and welcoming owner/operators

Yumminess! - Edit
I was headed to Arizona and made sure to leave Silver City early enough to make it to this food truck before they closed. I am so glad I did. The mac and cheese was amazing, and they had a special burrito that was very yummy. I wish they were closer to Albuquerque.

Fantastic!!!! Best vegan tacos! - Edit
Normally when I come to Portal I'm prepared for several days of fries, fries, sweet potato fries, and food I cobble together in my room at the lodge. Imagine my surprise when I found a vegan taco truck just across the state line in Rodeo. Everything was delicious. And it's a taco truck but somehow they make the best vegan mac and cheese I've ever had? They have great "normal" tacos like carne asada and chorizo, but also amazing one-offs like a burrito with bulgogi seitan and kimchi fried rice. So good. And the best coffee in town, plus it's bird friendly. There's a great little birding trail at the end of the block, too. If you're visiting Portal it's totally worth it to make the 10 minute trip to Rodeo for this food.
