Creative Vegan Mexican Food - Edit
Crazy delicious and unique vegetarian options that all can be made vegan. Everything is out-of-this-world good. Their truck is usually parked in front of St. Clair Brown’s, so if you get some wine or beer you can sit at one of the picnic tables. Truck closes at 6 pm though, so don’t eat a late lunch. Valentin is the nicest guy too!

100% vegetarian and vegan all of the time. No meat, I discovered on my latest trip there. It used to be vegan only on Fridays.
Read moreI didn't think food from a food truck would taste so good. Portions were large too. We noticed there were no beans and rice with what we got which we thought was odd. There were 4 enchiladas on my plate. I would have liked a couple traded in for rice and beans.

Had the mole enchiladas. One of the bests one I’ve had. Guacamole and chips. Wife had Flautas. Food comes out slow but well worth the wait!
