Read moreWhen we went, snacks and shareables included shishito peppers, mesquite grilled street corn, house made guac and chips, and nachos with white beans and a vegan sauce and vegan cheesem they have a vegan taco salad, a potato bowl and a tofu bowl, five kinds of vegan tacos (roasted potato, sweet potato/black bean, avocado, wood grilled tofu, and white bean), and sides including sweet potato fries, cilantro cumin rice, white beans, roasted sweet potatoes, c casa succotash, mushroom sweet pepper medley, and roasted potatoes. Also have non alcoholic cocktails.

There were several vegan options at C Casa, including food that could be veganized. The items my husband and I chose were both excellent with a very fresh taste. The server was helpful in pointing out what choices we had - but it was well labeled on the menu.

We had an amazing lunch on a trip to Bottlerock and enjoyed a respite from the festivities at C Casa just steps away from the festival. The food was amazing, drinks well made, service on point, atmosphere was relaxing. Just what we needed - See you next time!!!

Vegan Mexican at its Best - Edit
Have been eating here for years. They just moved into a larger space within Oxbow, and now have multiple vegan options on the menu, tacos and salads. We ate here twice within five days - sampled all the vegan options, and all were excellent. C Casa is a much-appreciated oasis in a vegan desert.

All the vegetarian tacos had vegan options. They advise getting one or two tacos depending on how hungry you are. Sweet potato black bean and white bean tacos were both really good. There’s also a tofu entree. Sit down restaurant or taqueria options.

This restaurant is in a food hall, so it's great for a meal with friends. They have a dedicated vegan section of their menu with better options than I typically see from Mexican restaurants. I had the nachos. They had an option to pick white beans, black beans or half and half. I went with the half and half and found the white beans to be more flavorful. My only complaint was that they were basically dry. The only salsa was pico and the only cheese was a small pinch of vegan parmesan. While the flavor was good, i would have appreciated some salsa, guac, or vegan queso to make them more like regular nachos.

They had several veg options and the food was very good and fun! Kinda snack bar food made gourmet but large portions. There is a specific part of the menu that’s labeled vegan (might have to ask for that menu). Make sure you ask for it vegan because there are vegetarian versions available with dairy cheese. We ate on the patio outside which is less crowded and I would recommend since the inside is a public market and crowded.

I had an avocado taco and sweet potato taco. Both were excellent, fresh ingredients and a good size portion. Outdoor seating at picnic tables was fine. Service not the best but no one was rude, just not overly friendly. I would definitely return for the tacos. We got there before it got busy for lunch on Sunday. Leaving the parking lot was horrible with hoards of people looking for parking. Definitely go when it’s not busy.

Great spot in a larger market style building. Vegan options are on a separate menu for easy identification and clearly list ingredients. Our party had the avocado taco, black bean taco, white bean taco, taco salad and guacamole. Guac is great proportions for sharing but the chips and salsa is a bit small. Very whole foods vegan options and no vegan meat (although vegan cheese is used).

Great vegan options that are also pretty healthy. I had the sweet potato tacos with black beans and they had great flavor. My favorite part was the homemade tortillas that just taste fresh. My husband and I really enjoyed this place.
