Really good - Edit
Great!
Read moreI asked if they could make the impossible burger, supposedly vegetarian, vegan. It was not an issue.
They gave you a bipper and you can go seat where ever you want.
They could clean more the table but we were still able to find a spot clean.
You have to go get your food when it's ready. I was happy about the 🍔!
It was really tasty, probably super fat but hey we are here for that no?
Anyway I don't wanna know and will probably be back!
The open hours where convenient for us.
Pros: The food
Cons: Dirty tables

Many options, great Impossible - Edit
Very vegan friendly!! Their Impossible burger is exceptional. Loads of fixin’s, some vegan condiments, and a lil something available on every section of the menu. Meat eaters love this place so it’s a great compromise when meeting with friends. Huge patio. Speedy service.

Gott's Roadside - Edit
I can't tell you how many times I had to just eat fries at this location when my friends wanted to eat here in the past during Napa trips. Thank goodness Gott's got with the times and now offer a proper vegan burger made with Impossible Meat. The burger is really delicious (and that's coming from someone who is not a huge fan of Impossible burgers in general) and came with a vegan mayo and bun. Definitely happy this option exists in downtown Napa now!!!

Iconic Burger Joint with Vegan Options - Edit
Gott's is a Napa institution but did not have a vegan option on all of my previous trips. They finally partnered with Impossible Foods to offer a great vegan burger. Vegan toppings include ketchup, mustard, onions, pickles. They have a vegan bun and premium toppings that are vegan such as avocado. The Napa location now has vegan mayo (Fabanaise from Sir Kensington's). The woman who took our order was very knowledgable and helped us build a delicious vegan option while suggestion vegan toppings. Although this isn't a 100% vegan place, it's a really great option in the Napa area.

Several good options - Edit
I order the falafel salad with no cheese and it is quite delicious. My tummy can’t handle the Impossible burger but my husband orders the Texas avocado burger with the Impossible patty. You must specify no butter when cooking and for this one no cheese or Mayo. They do have a vegan Mayo. Also, the regular bun has egg so he gets the filone bun. We are regulars!

Great impossible burger! - Edit
They don’t have a lot of options but the impossible burger is really great! They sub out the egg bun for a vegan bun or a lettuce wrap. They also have different vegan sauce options. I was very pleased!

Delicious Burger! - Edit
I wasn't expecting much out of this place. Doesn't seem like the kind of place that would have a good meat substitute. Boy was I wrong. I got the Impossible Burger with the vegan ciabatta bun and fries. Absolutely delicious! The patty tasted like real beef. Would definitely recommend if you don't mind the price and are ready to wait a little bit.

Nice they have the burger -which was delicious. Wish there had been a vegan bun option or that at least one of the soups were vegan.

Delicious! - Edit
We’ve had the impossible burgers twice at Gott’s! Very yummy! We like to order the sweet potato fries too😄The only bummer is that it’s over $100 to take our family of 6 out to eat here. Be sure to order the Impossible Burger “Vegan”

Impossiblw burger but... - Edit
You have to make sure they make it vegan. And that means a different bun. One that's not as good.
Read moreThere are so many places like this. (Stone Brewery across the street is the same).
Why?
Vegan buns are so easy and there's no downside. In fact, Napa has an industrial bakery not 2 miles from this place.

Impossible - Edit
The Impossible burger is delicious. You have to make sure that they don't use cheese though as it comes at standard. This place is busy and expensive but everything in Napa is.

vegan burger - Edit
Before going to gotts I was extremely excited to hear about the impossible burger addition as well as all of the great vegan condiments. However, when I got up to order, the staff were unwelcoming to the idea of me adding the impossible burger to a bun without cheese. Also, she either didn’t know what condiments were vegan or they actually aren’t because the only things I could get in my burger were ketchup mustard and avocado. My mom went back later and they told her they cook the impossible burger on the same grill as the meat-based burgers. Maybe I just had a new staff member, but I’m apprehensive to go back and eat there again considering the conflicting information.

The Impossible Burger Comes to Napa Valley! - Edit
The vegan Impossible Burger is now on the permanent menu at both Gott‘s locations - Napa & St. Helena. It is delicious! I‘ve paired it with their regular fries and their slightly spicy sweet potato fries. Both are great options but it pairs best with the fried brussel sprouts! It tastes good with both of the vegan breads - sourdough or whole wheat but I love it wrapped in lettuce. Finally! Vegan fast food in Napa Valley!

Cons: They serve meat , No vegan cheese option
