Vegan mix n match - Edit
Our Taxi driver took us to this lovely restaurant off the beaten path near the botanical gardens. They do mostly vegan food with some Chicken and Fish. All local produce and friendly people.

Complete vegan lunch close to the botanic garden - Edit
They offered an all you can eat lunch buffet. The staff indicated which items were vegan and which were not. Vegan items included a salad, Spanish rice, lentils, and Caribbean style root vegetables. The food tasted good, and it was fresh. The room was clean and pleasant. The cost was $20 US per person. They accepted credit cards.

Great lunch - Edit
Had such a hard time finding veggie food around Soufriere but this place was great. So many veggie options—beans, veggies, fresh juice, even dessert! And cheap! Probably the best meal we had in St. Lucia.
