Really nice breakfast pastries on offer, good drinks selection. The stand out items to me are the lunch sandwiches which should be a must try when in the area!

So good!!! - Edit
I never eat pastries, but these were outstandingly good!! I had the regular croissant with the coconut latte and loved the combination. I ended up coming back every day during my stay in Amsterdam and also tried the pain au chocolat and the almond croissant—both were excellent! Will come back next time for sure!

One of the best bakeries worldwide - Edit
The bakery is just great. We were in Amsterdam for a few days and just had to go more often. The pastries taste great. We had a ham and cheese croissant, a chocolate croissant and pastries. It tasted heavenly. I would go back at any time.

“Heavenly” - Edit
Out of most pastries when we went so I got a croissant but it was very good. Sandwiches looked enticing as well and my non vegan companions tried the BCT. One even described it as heavenly.

Great sandwiches - Edit
I tried their matcha, one of the sandwiches (it was my favorite) and a pastry. Would definitely come back! The only wish is to have more variety in savory foods, otherwise, good spot.

Yummy Hometown bakery - Edit
These guys had a wonderful selection of pastries. We couldn’t go wrong because they were all vegan. They were very friendly and proficient. There is no bathroom so plan accordingly if you drink a lot of water like I do and pee a lot.

The pastries are beyond delicious, creative and artisanal. The service is fast and very friendly. We visited on a cold winter day and we were lucky to have a seat inside, cozy and warm. Can't wait to come back again next time I visit Amsterdam!

Great vegan bakery - Edit
Margo's in Amsterdam is a really nice place with only vegan baked goods. They are delicious! I had a matcha latte with oat milk, the holiday special baguette, a matcha cookie, a croissant and an apple thing. My non vegan friends also thought that the food was good. The waitress was very nice and they prepared the sandwich right after I ordered it, so it was fresh.

You need to find the right time to go - Edit
I was there super early in hopes of trying one of their famous sandwiches, only to find out that they only start selling them by 11:30.
Read moreI got a coffee to go and a savoury danish instead, both were super tasty. The coffee was rich, but a bit small. They also only had three plant milks available, I would have thought there would be more in an all plant-based Shop.
The danish was tasty and fresh. The dough was buttery and flakey, the filling soft and melted in my mouth. For someone who wanted breakfast it was a bit small in my opinion, but as a snack or special treat it would be perfect. All the other stuff in the showcase looked so good as well!
The place is kind of small and there's no seating available. Its pretty close to the center and in a nice neighbourhood, so taking it to go is no problem at all.
I heard there can be lines later on, so I would recommend finding the right time to go there.
Pros: All vegan , Great selection of baked goods, Tasty coffee
Cons: Availability of the food
