Decent, slow

Tofu and veggies were pretty good, but be prepared to wait 15m even if it doesn't look like there's much of a line.

Don’t bother—

Soooo blandddd

Definitely go to the salad bar instead with bean salad and other things. Don’t waste money on this

For airport food 4 stars

I had the tofu with veggies and brown rice. Check spicy for flavors, it’s not spicy. 4 stars because u can choose brown rice and all other vegan options at the airport at hummus or avocado toast as always

Get the Spicy

The spicy dish is where it's at. Is not spicy at all but they add bell pepper and, to me, the sauce is more flavorful. Paired it with brown rice and it was great.

I’m not convinced they know what vegan

Was told that my vegan dish contained chicken broth and fish stock

Pros: They have tofu

Cons: Not cheap, but you’re trapped in an airport. , I’m suspect, seems like fish sauce in any dish

Airport delight

I think the trick to getting flavor is to tick the "spicy" box - it's certainly not spicy but tastes good!

One complaint is that the photos don't match reality - I didn't get any broccoli in my lo mein.

Btw I found it in terminal 5 not 8 but maybe there's two locations?

Serviceable

For about $16 tax, you can get an order of vegan pad Thai with tofu. It’s filling and not bad, but it doesn’t have any lime, or peanuts, so it doesn’t taste a whole lot like pad Thai. The spring rolls are only $3.30 for four if you add them to a noodle/rice dish, but they’re also very ho-hum. They’re fried, not a lot inside. Tonight I got the Singapore street noodles with tofu which is essentially vermicelli with 5-spice seasoning. They were out of duck sauce and soy sauce, which might have helped to add some flavor. Nevertheless, I’m grateful for a workable vegan option at T5 and this is my go to.

Pros: Not more crazily overpriced than anything else@T5, Decent portions, Made to order

Cons: Lackluster flavor, Dishes could be made vegan, but not available , Inadequate condiments
