Friendly staff, charming surroundings - Edit
This small restaurant in the middle of the amazing and picturesque town of Æreskøbing, is certainly worth a visit. It’s more of a pub serving food, than a true restaurant, but the food they serve is of good quality.
Read moreIt seems the daal is their staple vegan option. It’s a bit in the sweet side, but – combined with the friendly staff and wonderful surroundings – tasty and nutritious enough to give it a four.
Just make sure to ask for vegan butter for the bread, and no mayo on top of the daal.

Fresh, homemade food with an interesting touch; a restaurant with charm. - Edit
We were greeted by the wonderful Gertrud, who invited us to dinner at Landbogården, a charming restaurant and bar, with a 100-year-old history. The place is decorated with lots of interesting art, books, clips from local newspapers and more, to keep us busy while waiting for our meal.
Read moreEverything was homemade, including the pickled cucumbers, salads, and aioli which was even seasoned with local herbs, giving it a punchy touch we haven't tried before.
The single photo I managed to take, does not tell the story of the excellent experience we had — I guess I was busy enjoying the meals and the place too much to pick up the phone.
Will definitely come again.
Pros: Welcoming host, very resonable prices., Great atmosphere, so much to discover, Fresh, homemade meals with a local touch
Cons: No cons. We genuinely had a good time.

Delicious vegan wedding menu! - Edit
Wow wow wow! We had a fully vegan wedding lunch here for 9 people. We inquired in advance if it would be possible to have a wedding lunch here that is entirely vegan. The staff were really accommodating and sent many suggestions. When we were there, we had five courses and everything was really delicious. We had bread with spreads, tomato soup, potato pizza, excellent cabbage salad, mini burgers, dhal, and vegan ice cream. Everything was freshly made and most things were organic and even grown locally. I can recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good food. We will definitely come back!

So delicious - Edit
They were actually out of food that evening when we came quite late but we still got the rest of the Daal and Chili sin Carne. They were so nice and the dishes tasted amazing. Especially the Daal

Good meal on an island where there are few vegan options - Edit
Restaurant that serves two options every day, one with meat and one vegetarian. The day I went the vegetarian option was naturally vegan. It was dal (lentils) over rice and pretty good. 122 DKK in July 2021 (the meat option was chicken coq au vin over rice, 155 DKK).

Pros: One out of two options is always vegetarian, Nice outdoor seating, Good and friendly service
