Vegan Smørrebrød - Edit
WOW! We are amazed. We were here as a group of 9 people for a vegan wedding dinner last week. I inquired in advance if it would be possible and we agreed on the menu and discussed details. The waiters were really nice and accommodating. We had a platter of 5 different vegan smørrebrød variants. Everything was truly delicious and everybody (even the non-vegans😉) loved them. We got the following selection of smørrebrød: Nut pate with beetroot slices, vegan herring made of eggplants, scrambled tofu egg with vegan carrot salmon, celery schnitzel with remoulade and vegan caviar, purple potatos with basil mayonaise and roasted onions. So creative and diverse. For dessert, we got a chocolate cake with frosting. When we complimented the chef, she said that it was their first time ever to cook these vegan dishes. We will definitely come back. Takk!
