Great veg options! - Edit

It's not advertised, but they have a vegetarian & vegan menu available upon request. It's nice to not have to try to figure it out. The salad bar is so good & it's always clean & bright. Friendly service too.

Pros: Love the salad bar! Veg menus available.

Vegan at Jason's Deli - Edit

Jason's Deli has a lot to offer for vegans! Just ordered off the Vegetarian menu and asked for no cheese. Sandwiches are generous in portion and delicious!
Try the Zucchini Grillini (just ask for no cheese). Sandwich comes with roasted zucchini, organic spinach, red onions, Roma tomatoes, kalamata olives, roasted red pepper hummus, all on a toasted olive-oil basted multi-grain wheat bread. Comes with a choice of fresh fruit, steamed veggies, baked chips, or organic blue corn chips with salsa. I ordered the steamed veggies which were a combination of broccoli, zucchini, and carrots (and really tasty)! The fruit is always fresh and ripe as well.
They had other veg-friendly options too clearly marked under the "Meatless Eats" section of their menu. Some of these included Zucchini Garden Pasta, Spinach Veggie Wrap, Black Bean Taco Salad, and several soups.
I ordered the Organic Vegetarian Soup and it was the best veggie soup I ever had! Rich, full of nutrients, and completely satisfying.
Apart from the amazing food, Jason's Deli in Johnson City is super clean and has friendly staff. I recommend highly!

Pros: clean, meatless section of menu, delicious food!

Cons: A little hard to find, a bit pricey
