Vibrant Japanese with live hibachi chef at table

Nice vibrant restaurant with knowledgeable and friendly host and wait-staff. The restaurant is very clean and well decorated. Good variety offered on their menu. Food is fresh and hot when it is brought to the table. Very tasty vegetarian/vegan Ramen, crisp tempura, nice maki rolls. Staff brought extra wasabi and chili spice powder when requested because we like spice. We enjoyed their delicious ginger salad dressing too. We'll be back often.

Pros: Restaurant is well decorated, lively yet intimate, Knowledgeable friendly staff, Veg items on menu plus willing to make other items

Cons: Music a little loud at times, Sweet potato Maki needed more salt
