Our local "GoTo" Stop for Chinese Cuisine - Edit
Very tasty food. They will make anything vegan for you upon request including soups, stir-fry dishes, noodles, appetizers, maki-rolls, etc. They do have a veg section on their extensive menu but you still must double check for no fish sauce, etc just to be safe.

This place is amazing! Very flexible menu by subbing tofu or veggies for many of the dishes. Great veggie sushi as well. They also have rice noodles as a side option and spring rolls. Good portions too!
