We had a very special evening here. The food was delicious and we were able to try things that we've never had before.

Top notch local vegetarian cuisine - Edit
We chose the 7 dishes kaiseki option (vegan). It was incredible. The by-the-chef chosen vegetables (and fruits) were fresh and local. She prepared and cooked them with different stunning way. Portions were big enough and with a beautiful way of presentation.

Very recommended in the area for those who want to have an amazing culinary experience! But you need to reserve in advance because it's a small place with not many table.

Cons: No wine with alcohol (that's a pity) , Be careful: not many seats

We are looking forward to seeing you and wish you to enjoy these spiritually energetic and beautiful vegan Japanese cuisine during your traveling.
In order to bring out the deliciousness of vegetables at our store, We use all plant-based ingredients, including the soup stock.
Although I sympathize with and base the idea of shojin ryori on the idea that preparing and eating meals are part of training, trying not to waste ingredients,I would like to create each dish with free sensibility.
We are very small restaurant so seats are very limitted.
Please make a reservation as much as possible.
The course meal is reservation only.(4days in advance)
