Delicious pizza! - Edit
Make sure you show a japan vegan card if you don't speak Japanese to make sure all dairy and meat products are removed. We had the Japanese yam (no cheese no meat) and the fungi pizza (no cheese). Dough is vegan.

Cool little Italian restaurant with a couple of veg options including pasta and pizzas. The mushroom pizza was overflowing with mixed mushrooms, a nice change from the ubiquitous margarita.

Very friendly staff and their pizza is baked when requested hence you can request for Oriental vegetarian option. Prepare your google translate to let them know specifically what you can and cannot eat. Love their pizza :)

Yummy brick-oven pizza. Accommodating staff. - Edit
One of the very few (or could be the only) venues with vegan options in the Toyako-onsen area. Pizza Mariana and the Spaghetti Aglio Olio are already vegan, but they are flexible enough to make other pizzas vegan on request. I had the Fungi Pizza arranged vegan by removing cheese and having extra olive oil instead. The interior is pretty. Not so many seats: two four person tables, one two person table, and 4-5 seats on the counters. Will definitely come back whenever I'm back in the area not just because there aren't many options, but because they serve yummy food and the atmosphere is nice.
