Perfect vegan sandwiches - Edit
This place is everything you would hope the vegan options would be like in the ubiquitous Subway and more. This was a really really good sandwich! For a place that is not completely vegan, they had a really healthy amount of options so it took me a while to choose. I picked the Tom Brady and was not disappointed. I'll be dreaming of this sandwich until I can go back for another!

I always have mixed feelings getting sandwiches as a vegan: I hate the pile of veggies on bread with no real protein component. Ike's refreshingly has a vegetarian/ vegan section that is about as big as the ominivore section. The one's marked with a carrot can be made totally vegan. Joyfully, there is no extra charge for using vegan cheese. I got "The Time Travelers Wife." This had vegan fried chicken in an orange glaze, vegan cheddar (subbed instead of provolone), vegan version of dirty sauce, lettuce, and tomatoe (which I ditched for onions and pickles). All the bread is vegan, so stop by and have some sandwich fun.
