I love Mizumi! Always stellar service, and a pretty expansive vegan menu. Always have to get the miso eggplant appetizer and some sushi.

Sushi rolls are lacking flavor. Mushroom salad is a must get!

Blue sushi in Denver has by far the best vegan sushi so I compare everything to that.

I had the spicy tofu crunch roll, seasonal vegetable tempura and the robatayaki tofu. All delicious!

The vegan options are limited and underwhelming. It was very expensive for what we got. They didn't even have decaf hot tea. And no dessert. Much better places to go at the Wynn than here.

We enjoyed Yakatori “chicken”, spicy tofu crunch and bim all were amazing. The service was exemplary. And the atmosphere were extraordinary.

This is a great place for ambience and excellent vegan options. Highly recommend: Waldorf Salad, tofu crunch roll, and chick’n cups. Portions are not huge, but well thought out flavor profiles.
