Good vegan kaiserschmarrn

I had the vegan kaiserschmarrn classic which was really nice

Several options, but not great

There are two vegan schnitzel options, one is just a thick piece of celeriac and the other is a very thin corn/bean pattie. Neither schnitzel offers much flavour but you can order a dipping sauce (majority of which are vegan; I recommend the green pepper mayo).

We opted for a side of fries (which were as expected) and potato salad (which was okay, perhaps a bit too vinegary).

I appreciate the vegan options but they just don’t hit the mark.
