Somos veganos y pedimos un Kaiserschmarrn vegano con compota de manzana excelente y un cafe solo descafeinado. Totalmente recomendado.

Schnitzel vegano de Maiz que nos pareció terrible, completamente grasiento y literalmente la parte empanada era 2 o 3 veces más abundante que el relleno, de tal modo que no notamos nada el sabor e incluso apenas podía verse, nada recomendable, no lo terminamos y eso que era bastante pequeño y caro.
Por otro lado el Schnitzel vegano de apio, bueno pues era eso, un trozo de apio, empanado y nada más. No había un marinado ni nada creativo más, pero repito, era literalmente lo que decía y en este caso la poción era generosa.
Volveremos a comer de vez en cuando el Kaiserschmarrn vegano, ya que nos encantó.
Esperamos que mejoren los Schnitzel veganos en el futuro.

Several options, but not great - Edit
There are two vegan schnitzel options, one is just a thick piece of celeriac and the other is a very thin corn/bean pattie. Neither schnitzel offers much flavour but you can order a dipping sauce (majority of which are vegan; I recommend the green pepper mayo).
Read moreWe opted for a side of fries (which were as expected) and potato salad (which was okay, perhaps a bit too vinegary).
I appreciate the vegan options but they just don’t hit the mark.
