Love this cute allergy friendly bakery! - Edit
In a small strip mall just outside of Knoxville there is the best gf vegan cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. It was even fluffy in the middle. Vegan drinks, cookies, cupcakes, and more. Free of all 8 major allergens!

Crazy good sweet food! - Edit
Love this little bakery in Powell (and I believe they're opening a location in the Health Factory on Alcoa Hwy!). Especially great for people with allergies, they are free of the 8 most common I believe, as well as being all vegan. Oat milk in the lattes are sweet as can be and all of the chocolate sweets there are to die for. Really hope they can expand, maybe get a location in Johnson City or Nashville!

A cute little bakery with cupcakes, cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls, etc. Selections change daily. They also have a variety of tea and coffee drinks. Highly recommend.
