Great food and atmosphere - Edit
This restaurant doesn’t have specific vegan options, but since their food is prepared with lots of fresh ingredients, you can make substitutions to many dishes for a delicious vegan meal. I made subs on the Condoleza Rice dish and it was yummy. Their green salsa is my favorite. If you’re a vegetarian, the spinach queso is the best in Knoxville.

I’m not sure than anything on the menu was vegan but when I told the server I was vegan he was extremely helpful. They can make almost anything vegan and it’s delicious.

Not sure why this place is even listed on Happy Cow. The menu is loaded with beef, bacon, chicken, pork, salmon, steak, crab, and cheese, cheese, cheese. A vegetarian might be able to eat here, but if you are vegan - forget about it.

Food was fine, wait was long, choices were limited - Edit
I've only been to Chez Guevara once, I think it was either a Friday or Saturday night and the place was slammed. It took a long time to get seated and it took a really long time to get our meal. The staff was friendly and attentive with drinks but I didn't think the food was worth the wait. It was fine but nothing spectacular and the vegetarian options were limited and there was only one vegan option on the menu. I would recommend going on a weeknight instead of on the weekend, I'm sure service would be faster on a slower night of the week.
