Prepared food options for pickup & picnicking

We discovered this catering company T the Brighton Farmers Market in Rochester. The employee on duty answered all our questions about what ingredients were used in the various offerings. When he was unsure, he called the company’s office to get accurate information. We left that day with a tub of garlic-lemon hummus and quinoa salad with chopped radishes and other crunchy veggies in a delicate herbal marinade. Neither item was oily or salty.
