Best option while in the road - Edit
There are almost no options for vegans in French highway service areas, but this one is a true gem. Almost half of the meals are vegan (clearly labelled). I had a mezze bowl with falafel and carrot salad and both were very fresh and inexpensive. Definitively recommendable to check when travelling in the area!
