Mix of menu options, British and Mediterranean, several vegan options - Edit
Visited for first time for lunch following a recommendation by friends. There were 8 in the party, I am the only vegan. There was a broad menu choice to satisfy most tastes, and some appealing vegan options, not just a falafel wrap or piazza. I choose the courgette and sweetcorn fritters , excellent. All dishes cooked fresh and beautifully presented. Many of the choices appeared on both the lunchtime and the a là carte menus, size being the difference, so offering another choice.
Read moreI was disappointed that the main menu had few vegan options for dessert, but the website showed a separate vegan menu,;this had not been made clear on arrival. For a first visit I was pleased, but felt the vegan side of the menu could have been promoted more.
