Delicious food & warm atmosphere - Edit
We shared 2 lovely dishes. A Buddha bowl absolutely bursting with beautiful veggies and fluffy tofu puffs. A huge Full Breakfast with the most delicious garlicky buttery mushrooms, avocado, loads of creamy baked beans, crispy hash browns, 2 x Richmond vegan sausage, avocado, chopped tomatoes & beautiful buttery toasted sourdough.

Wonderful food and lovely staff - Edit
Where do I start! The moment we walked into the cafe we were made to feel welcome. The cafe has a very relaxing atmosphere. We ordered some food and coffee. The coffee was fantastic and you could really tell the difference when comparing to Costa or Starbucks. We ordered scrambled tofu on toast, spicy beans on toast, and tomatoes on toast. As you can see from the photos, the food was presented well and looks lovely. And it tasted even better than it looks. You could tell a lot of care and attention had gone into making the food. I would highly recommend this to anyone passing through regardless of your dietary preferences. Great food and staff, we will definitely be visiting again! Thank you

Canalside Kitchen - Edit
Nice cafe overlooking the canal (over the car park). Staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. I had the scrambled tofu on toast, my companion had the curried beans on toast. The scrambled tofu was spot on, a good sized portion too. My companion didn’t enjoy the beans however, stating that the curry flavour was very strong and overpowered the dish. The menu, in my opinion, could be a little more varied and ambitious, some of the dishes are very easily made at home. Free parking directly outside in the car park. 3.5 ⭐️

Fab brunch - Edit
Visited today as we spotted Canalside's sign while sailing past yesterday. (There's convenient narrowboat mooring on the Armco opposite the marina and easy access to the cafe over a footbridge.)

Amazing scrambled tofu. - Edit
As others have said, the scrambled tofu is the best I have ever eaten, bar none- including my own. Unfortunately their technique is a trade secret, but fair enough!

Outstanding - Edit
We both had the "it's not scrambled egg" on sourdough. The best scrambled tofu I've ever had and the side order of creamy mushrooms were exquisite. 100% recommended 💚🌱

Perfect surprise motorway break! - Edit
An unplanned serendipitous visit - we were travelling on the motorway, felt ready to eat, opened Happy Cow, and this lovely little cafe popped up just ten minutes away. Perfect!
Read moreA simple and healthy menu - it’s always nice to NOT be presented with the ubiquitous vegan burger option. We had avocado on sourdough and mushrooms on sourdough to eat - both just the right portion size and very tasty. And enormous and delicious green smoothies. Everything was delicious, freshly made and reasonably priced - lunch for three of us with four drinks was about £30.
We sat inside, but on a warmer day there are picnic benches by the tranquil canal. Parking is easy and the toilets were clean.
Pros: Healthy and flavoursome food. , The massive smoothies! , Value for money.
Cons: Postcode doesn’t take you there via GPS.

What a find! - Edit
The most beautiful little café on the Canal. We ordered the large breakfast- and was it large!! The first time I’ve ever left food on my plate but I was truly full. The breakfast was cooked and presented beautifully. Staff (owners?) so nice and friendly. This place is a must visit 🙏🌱

Georgous location, owner and food. I ended up taking half the large breakfast away for breakfast the next day - so a 2 for 1!

Healthy, delicious, filling - Edit
Finally Wolves has a fully vegan establishment. My wife and I came in for breakfast (with the food being so good we ordered 2 dishes each - it was brunch time).
Read moreFood is all fresh cooked to order, packed with flavour and filling. So filling. The Buddha bowl had a delicious sauce coating it and the tofu on top that had a nice hint of sweetness alongside the soy savoury. Mushrooms on toast came in a thick, creamy sauce.
All the food is well priced. Staff are very friendly and attentive. It was so nice to just not worry about a single thing potentially not being vegan. Heaven in Wolves - strong recommend.
Pros: Tasty, tasty food, Fully vegan, Very well priced
