I love vegan options at Dig

My go-to when I work at the office or when I just crave a simple but delicious dinner and my fridge is empty haha😄They season their food really well and have a variety of vegan dressing that are super good!

Good fix after the Guggenheim

Happy Cow comes through again!
After an afternoon of walking around and touring the Guggenheim, food was needed. Found the Dig Inn on HC and trecked over a few blocks.
Built my own bowl with a mix of grains, vegetables, and tofu.
Hit the spot!

Really good assembly line eatery

This is one of those places where you go to the counter, and they scoop you a grain, two vegetables, and a protein (the vegan protein is tofu) into a bowl for takeout--or you can grab a table to eat at in the restaurant itself. The food is good and healthy here. tasty, and not too pricey.

Pros: Filling, healthy, good value, tastes good.., Relaxed, clean venue., Best suited for takeout

Cons: Casual, rather than for elegant dining.

Solid choice

Good spot with decent food variety. Generous potions and fair price.
Did not have the best customer experience due to the employee that served me but the other ones seem friendly.
Would go back

simply good

A locally-sourced seasonal vegan bowl is plenty for me. It's a bit annoying that a lot of simple items that can be veganized (e.g., kitchen sink cookie, mac and cheese, potato salad, meatballs) aren't though.

Pros: invested in waste reduction

Cons: cash-free? (but close to several banks)
